This policy explains what JuiceTheOdds82 ("we", "us"), the operator of Juice The Odds at juicetheodds.com ("the Service"), collects from visitors and members, why, and what you can do about it. It is part of our Terms of Service. We keep it short because we collect little.

We do not collect your name unless you choose to give a display name, your postal address, your phone number, your location beyond what an IP address implies, or anything about what you wager anywhere. We do not run analytics trackers, advertising pixels or social-media plug-ins.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising. We do not use it to build a profile of your betting activity.
We share personal information only with the providers that run the Service, each under its own privacy terms, and only what each one needs:

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect the rights or safety of members or the public, or as part of a sale or transfer of the Service, in which case this policy continues to apply to the transferred data.
We use two cookies, both set by us, both HttpOnly and Secure, both used only to keep you signed in and protect your session. They are strictly necessary for the Service to work, so there is no cookie banner and no way to use the members' area without them. They expire when you sign out or after a period of inactivity. We do not set advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and we do not load third-party scripts that would.
Stripe may set its own cookies during checkout and in its billing portal, under Stripe's cookie policy.
Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Session cookies are HttpOnly, Secure and scoped to our domain. All traffic is encrypted in transit. Sign-in and account changes are protected against cross-site request forgery. Card data never touches our servers. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your personal information we will notify you as the law requires.
Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, such as the right to know, to delete, to correct, to port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority. We honour those rights for everyone who asks, regardless of residence, to the extent the law allows. We do not discriminate against you for exercising them. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined in California law.
The Service is for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21, and never from children under 13. If you believe someone under 21 has created an account, email [email protected] and we will remove it.
The Service is operated from Maryland, United States, and our providers store data in the United States and other countries where they operate. If you use the Service from elsewhere, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in those countries, which may have different data-protection laws than yours.
We may update this policy. The current version and its date are always posted at this address. For material changes we will give notice on the Service or by email before they take effect.
